02 · The radio layer
Live radio becomes readable text, in about the time it takes to key the mic.
Smart Response Technologies built Delphini® to solve a problem every busy channel has: too much is said, too fast, for anyone to catch all of it. Delphini transcribes radio traffic as it happens and flags the words that matter.
What SRT brings
Delphini®
SRT describes Delphini as the first radio intelligence platform built for public safety. It listens to live radio and turns it into text you can read, search, and act on.
Transcription that keeps up
Delphini works across P25, analog, conventional, and trunked systems, with under two seconds between the transmission and the text. SRT reports better than 90% word accuracy.
Keyword alerting
Set the terms that matter — a street name, a weapon, a call sign, a school — and Delphini notifies you when they come across a monitored channel. You do not have to be listening.
Awareness beyond the console
Delphini pushes live radio awareness to phones and tablets, and gives supervisors a view across jurisdictions rather than one channel at a time.
Built for public safety
SRT runs Delphini on CJIS-compliant infrastructure.
The hard part
When two units key up at once
Most systems give you noise. SRT holds a patent on spatial audio separation that pulls the transmissions apart, so both get transcribed instead of neither.

Knowing what was said without listening again.
Radio is the last part of a 911 center that still runs on human attention. Someone has to be listening at the moment something is said, or it is gone until somebody pulls the recording.
Delphini changes what a channel is. It becomes something you can search, set alerts on, and hand to a supervisor as text — for cross-jurisdiction incidents, for real-time crime centers, and for after-action review.
Where it fits
Radio and phone stop being two separate worlds
In most centers, the phone call and the radio traffic that follows it live in different systems, get reviewed by different people, and are searched — when they are searched at all — in completely different ways.
Inside Prizym they share a format. Convey turns the call into text. Delphini turns the radio into text. Once both are text, one keyword list can watch both, and one search can cross both.
A supervisor asking what happened on an incident does not have to reconstruct it from two archives.
